What Happens Next?

Once you’ve renewed your current box or signed up for your new mailbox:

  • We’ll email you a receipt
  • Your mailbox will auto-renew each billing cycle until you cancel or close your box
  • New mailbox renters: Remember to come in for a quick visit (it takes less than 5 minutes). We’ll complete the paperwork, give you your new mailbox number with full street address, and hand you the keys to your box and the front door.
  • Depending on the plan you chose, billing may appear as BEE AND PARCEL LLC (our parent company) on your statement.

Primary ID (must be permanent — no temporary IDs accepted): • State-issued driver’s license • Passport (U.S., U.S. passport card, or foreign) • Non-driver identification card • U.S. permanent resident card or USCIS-issued ID

Secondary ID (must show your home address): • Driver’s license (US-issued) • State ID card (US-issued) • Lease, mortgage, or deed of trust • Voter registration card • Vehicle registration card • Home insurance policy • Vehicle insurance policy
