What happens if a buyer returns something to my address?
Once you're set up with us as your return address, returns come to our store instead of your home. We'll hold it for pickup or add it to your Full Seller Plan receiving.
What if I go over 100 free labels in a month?
We'll let you know as you approach your limit, and additional labels are available at a small per-label cost — no surprise charges.
Which carriers do you accept?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL — all from one drop-off location.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade from Seller Drop-Off to the Full Seller Plan (or switch to annual billing) at any time.
